Hey hey, I'm back at it with another blog post! As always, I hope you all are doing well, living lovely, and enjoying your summer. I know the heatwave is causing many of us to go light and super natural when it comes to makeup right now. I really don't blame ya! It's been nearly 100 degrees here in Florida, so trust me when I say I know the struggle. I never truly rock a full face of makeup anyway, mostly because I don't know how to do it, but I have added a lil' something something new to my "no makeup, makeup" look. LASHES!!!
I know I'm late, don't judge me, but I don't ever apply lashes because I don't how to. Unless a pro MUA beats my face, I stick with mascara, honey. However, recently I received a gorgeous set of mink lash strips from Private Label Extensions, and OMG!!!! They added the perfect touch of glam and sass to my makeup and outfit! I filled my brows, threw on some Fenty Gloss Bomb, gathered my lashes, and enjoyed my day.
I'm a natural gal, so I chose the lashes I felt would look good on me everyday. I received two pair, but so far I've only worn the "Jane". You guys know I got braids a couple of weeks ago, and to be honest it took me a while to get used to them. These lashes changed all of that. I'm so accustomed to my curly fro' ya know, and because my face is so exposed now, they gave my eyes a little more dimension. You can even see 'em from the side. YASSSS!
Alright, let's get into this outfit. Cute, casual, and comfy are the "3 C's" I've stood by this season. Again, it's super hot out! I still want to be cute, but with ease. My jeans are from Target, top from Zara, waist bag from Meow and Barks Boutique, and shoes from Forever 21. Whole outfit probably costs less than $100! How are you guys feeling about the rainbow stripe trend? I have two tops including this one and I adore both!
